Check-ins will be made after 2:00 p.m., one week before we will send you an email with all the information necessary to enter the apartment.
For all reservations, a deposit between 150 and 300 EUR depending on the apartment, must be paid to cover possible damages. This deposit will be refunded once the condition of the apartment has been checked and if there are no damages. We reserve the right to charges for any breakage of furniture, lighting or any other damage to the apartment.
It is very important that you remember that departure from the apartment is before 11:00 a.m. If you wish to check out later than this time, you must contact us upon arrival to see if we can accommodate your request.
Yes, there will be sheets and towels for guests, everything will be ready upon arrival. The apartments are equipped to the last detail. You just have to bring your personal things.
The price of your reservation includes all taxes, except the tourist TAX, which is a tax charged per night and person (maximum 7 nights, minors excluded). We will send you an email to make this payment of fees and the remainder to be paid before your arrival at the apartment.
The client must inform us of the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore only these people will be able to use it based on the maximum capacity of each apartment. The client will provide his name, telephone number and email when making the reservation. We reserve the right to request the same information about other occupants if this is necessary.
Up to 15 days before arrival, free cancellation. After 15 days, if you cancel, you pay only the prepayment that you will make now.
